Take a before and after picture, as this retreat aims for transformation allowing an easefulness to come over you. JJ will lead you to places where you can truly relax and restore, eat healthy, and participate in other’s enjoyment. Watch how much you are able to unwind and settle down during this retreat. For all levels, beginner’s to advanced, JJ will take beginner’s through gentle yoga movements, teach how to get a meditation practice going, and use simple breath techniques to help calm the mind. Experienced practitioners will enjoy the subtler aspects of the practice, being with like-minded practitioners and enjoying the quiet beauty of Gray Bear.
There will be ample time to enjoy a massage, a watsu (water therapy), and other body-work from Gray Bear’s phenomenal massage therapists and body workers; hike in the forest surrounding Gray Bear, including a hike to a gentle waterfall; relax in the hammock or sit with friends on the front porch; or find a quiet nook to read or relax by yourself.

The cost of this relaxing retreat is $1,295. Full payment due at the time of registration.
Five nights lodging (2-4 per room with shared hall bath);
Mostly organic and vegetarian meals;
Twice daily yoga classes
You must pay half of the upgrade fee with your deposit if you want to upgrade your accommodations. Upgrades are available on a first-come first-serve basis.

Private cabin with private half-bath. Can be shared with 2 twins or made private with one double bed.
Small private cottage with private bath. Twin beds and futon.
Private cabin in woods with sink & water. Shared bathhouse.
Private room in Main Lodge. Shared hall bath.
Log Cabin with private kitchen, sitting area, bath (shared among housemates). 10 min walk from Main Lodge, 5 min walk to Yoga Room.
